What's inside

Structure over signals.

Built on one idea: risk matters more than entries, and fewer trades lead to a better life.

01 — Risk

Risk-first framing

"Before you consider a trade, list three ways it could fail and how you'd react." No miracle entries, just clarity.

02 — Speed

Cut analysis time

Prompts that summarise earnings, macro, or chart patterns in seconds — leaving you more time away from screens.

03 — Reflection

Decision quality

"What would I think about this trade if I saw it in a journal a year from now?" Anti-hype, reflective prompts.

Daniel Harper

London, UK · 45 · Father. Former trader.

2006–2021 — traded equities, FX, and indices. Lived through the cycles, felt the burnout, and stepped back when he realised that more information didn't lead to better decisions — only more fatigue.

Today, Daniel writes about risk management, decision quality, and how artificial intelligence can reduce analysis time without increasing emotional exposure. He does not sell signals, predictions, or automated systems.

Married, one teenage son. Prioritises family, regular exercise, and a balanced routine. Slightly skeptical by nature, anti-hype by choice.

I've seen enough cycles to know nothing is guaranteed. AI is a tool, not a miracle. This book is the collection of prompts I actually use myself.
